Sales Associate

Job Summary:

• The Sales Associate will make daily outbound sales calls, take inbound inquiries, and conduct sales activities with prospects.
• You will identify, qualify, and develop quality sales opportunities through lead generation programs and call campaigns.

Essential Functions:

• Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other media while building trusting relationships with integrity.
• Participate in an open-communication team environment and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Financial services industry experience and inside sales or client service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excellent communication skills.
