Inside Sales Representative

What you’ll do:

• Engage warm leads through high-volume outbound dials and consultative one-call or two-call closes.
• Own your pipeline of 20-200+ active leads, efficiently managing follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Balance empathy and direction to guide clients through sensitive financial decisions while crushing sales metrics.

What you’ll bring:

• 2-3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced, goal-driven, commission-heavy environment.
• Strong communication skills to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-making with empathy.
