Federal Partner Alliances Lead

Role Overview:

• Own the systems integrator and consulting partner ecosystem across the US Federal market.
• Build and drive federal partner strategy from the ground up as a senior individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own FSI relationships with major federal primes like Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Northrop Grumman.
• Develop boutique and specialized partners for mission-focused federal consultancies.
• Build joint go-to-market motions and drive partner-sourced pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of federal partner management or business development experience.
• Strong network within federal primes and technical fluency in AI/ML and federal compliance.
• Startup agility and operational rigor with clean pipeline management.
