Enrollment Manager

About the job:

• The Enrollment Manager owns the day-to-day performance of Vynca's patient enrollment engine, supervising a team of clinical and outreach staff.
• This hands-on, metrics-driven role ensures daily outreach targets are met while maintaining compassion and clinical standards.

What you'll do:

• Own daily outreach and enrollment targets, monitor performance in real time, and lead daily huddles.
• Directly supervise and develop the enrollment team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive quality, compliance, and scalability of enrollment processes.

Your experience:

• Active RN license with 2 years management and 5 years in direct care, including palliative or hospice.
• Proven ability to manage daily production metrics and strong data fluency.
