The Role:
- Full-cycle new business with a $1M ARR quota and 30% win rate.
- From discovery to signature; you own the entire sales process.
- AI drafts outbound; you qualify and close over the phone.
What We Look For:
- Intelligence to turn numbers into CFO-ready business cases.
- Character to dial without prompting and own your number.
- Coachability to act on feedback and follow a set method.
Experience:
- 3+ years closing new logos as an AE, ideally in MarTech or AdTech.
- Success selling into complex organizations with 60-120 day cycles.
- 100%+ quota attainment in 2 of the last 3 years.
