What you’ll do:

Manage and retain a high-value book of ~200 listings through proactive account management.
Deliver data-driven insights and cross-sell Evolve services to increase portfolio value and NPS.
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to align on goals and next steps.

3+ years of account management experience, ideally in travel or hospitality.
