Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met
• Ensure recruiting processes and best practices are strictly followed across the team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance management
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
