New Customer Care Specialist

The Role:

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience while helping real estate investors secure financing and grow their business.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, acquiring, retaining, and growing customer relationships through service and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively build and manage a borrower book of business, engaging clients on their timetables including occasional weekend coverage.
• Advise throughout the origination experience on pricing, valuation, and rehab scope, and drive repeat business.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support teammates to ensure team success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience with CRM or Salesforce proficiency preferred.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience, plus a passion for real estate investing.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with high empathy and ability to manage multiple projects.
