Relationship Management:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with telecom carriers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between between SOTI and telecom carrier partners, ensuring they are informed about product updates, pricing changes, campaigns, and more.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with telecom carrier partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Work closely with telecom carrier partners to win new enterprise customers in Germany as well as in Switzerland and Austria for SOTI´s award winning software technology.
  • Identify, secure, and establish relationships with new telecom carrier partners, while building, expanding, and maintaining strong networks within telecom carrier partners.
  • Manage sales cycle completely process including not only acquisition and product demonstrations but also quoting, negotiating and – most important – closing deals directly or together with a SOTI reseller.

Product and Technical Support:

  • Provide support through training, certification programs, and enablement resources to drive ongoing growth and capability development.
  • Work closely together with the technical pre-sales team to make sure the prospect can test the SOTI solution the best possible way.
  • Knowledge of enterprise mobility management or knowledge of mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds, etc. would be a plus.
