German speaker Customer Support Representative

About The Role:

• Handle customer contacts across phone, email, and chat channels
• Provide accurate guidance on products and services based on internal knowledge sources
• Own issues end-to-end, including follow-up and resolution tracking

Daily Tasks:

• Respond to inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues, clarify account/order/service questions, and provide resolutions within agreed timelines
• Escalate cases when required and monitor progress until closure

What is Offered:

• Salary: €1,200–€1,300 gross/month + performance bonus + 2 extra salaries per year
