Sales Lifecycle Ownership:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close with discipline and urgency.
- Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and account-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression in CRM.
Solution-Led Consultative Selling:
- Lead deep discovery calls that uncover pain, clarify goals, and align use cases with our platform’s strengths.
- Deliver custom demos that clearly connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
- Build and position compelling business cases for change.
Collaboration, Feedback & Learning:
- Provide structured, high-signal feedback to Marketing, Product, and CS.
- Capture and document insights in CRM.
- Contribute to the refinement of our sales playbook, positioning, and team culture as we scale.
