Vice President, Sales (Hunter, Revenue Cycle)

Position Summary:

• The Vice President, Sales is responsible for growing EnableComp's complex claims services through new customer acquisition and retention.
• This role requires a hunter mindset with direct sales experience to hospital C-level executives, particularly CFOs and VP of Revenue Cycle.
• The position involves meeting bookings, pipeline, and activity targets, with a strong emphasis on the first 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and qualification of prospective new clients, driving introductory meetings and conference calls.
• Manage client relationships through periodic status meetings and ensure data is maintained in Salesforce.com.
• Participate in trade shows and contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred, with 5+ years of hunter sales experience in hospital revenue cycle.
• Proven history of sales success achieving quota, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work remotely, with a strong understanding of worker's compensation and inpatient billing processes.
