The Role:
- First BDR for Advantage: inbound, no-shows, win-backs, nurture, outbound.
- Report to VP Rev, measured on qualified opps and closed-won.
- Build the playbook future BDRs inherit.
Success Looks Like:
- Week 1: no-shows recovered, first win-back campaign live.
- Day 60: hitting qualified-opportunity targets from your baseline.
- Day 90: repeatable motions and visible pipeline.
