Primary Job Duties:
- Resolve complex, high-priority Tier 2 technical escalations and conduct advanced remote diagnostic sessions.
- Manage network infrastructure, including Meraki firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and DNS configurations.
- Oversee specialized hardware deployments and diagnostics for clinical equipment like EKG and spirometry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred with 2+ years in IT support or network administration.
- Strong technical background in Google Workspace, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with 8x8 VoIP telephony systems and Cisco Meraki hardware.
Additional Information:
- Salary range $72,000 to $85,000 base pay with annual bonus targeted at 15%.
