Associate Counsel, Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage broad-based legal support including corporate governance, commercial contracting, and litigation management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and user-facing policies.
• Provide legal counsel on data privacy, cybersecurity, and product development initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of corporate and commercial legal experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Experience with global privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and GLBA.
