The Opportunity:
- Guaranteed 40–60 hours per month with flexible, on-demand scheduling around campaign bursts.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints via live chat in German, maintaining brand voice.
- Flex your availability during monthly campaigns and seasonal peaks for increased hours.
- Resolve issues with empathy, log interactions accurately, and flag recurring patterns to the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or near-native German speaker with excellent written German.
- Prior experience in ecommerce and customer-facing communication.
- Calm under pressure, self-motivated, and comfortable with on-demand scheduling.
