Engineering – Information Technology:
- Lead the three functions that keep PadSplit’s technology healthy: QA, IT, and Security.
- Work fully remote in a hands-on leadership role managing strategy and execution.
- Set quality standards, modernize testing with automation, and scale with AI tools.
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years in technology and 5+ years leading QA, IT, or Security teams.
- Proven track record transforming manual processes into automated, proactive systems.
- Strong AWS experience, test automation expertise, and executive communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($160k–$180k) with equity and company-wide bonus opportunity.
