Key Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and scale the operational, data, and technology foundation across the entire go-to-market organization.
- Redesign critical lifecycle handoffs, forecasting models, and customer health scoring with AI.
- Lead a small RevOps team and drive enablement, ramp, and data governance.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of RevOps leadership experience with deep HubSpot and Chargebee expertise.
- Proven track record in forecasting, process architecture, and AI/automation implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and executive dashboard proficiency.
