About the Role:
- We're seeking an experienced sales professional for the SMB market in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- You will be an individual contributor on the Commercial Team, involved in all aspects of the sales cycle.
What You'll Accomplish:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of self-insured employer clients under 4,000 lives.
- Independently manage deals from initial contact to close.
- Collaborate with Legal, Customer Success, and Product teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Reside in the territory (KY, WV, MD, VA, NC, SC, DC).
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of employer sales experience.
- Healthcare subject matter expertise and a track record of exceeding quota.
