About the Role:
- Support property hosts across the Adventure and Rocky Mountain region using data-driven insights.
- This is a blend of business development and junior account management with phone-heavy outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze listing optimization opportunities and act on data-driven ways to help hosts attract bookings.
- Make 10-20 outbound calls per day and follow up across video, email, and other channels.
Qualifications:
- Comfort with phone and video outreach and high daily call volume.
- Curiosity with data, persistence, and good judgment in compliance.
What to Expect:
- Structured ramp-up with training, tool walkthroughs, and shadowing.
- Weekly performance data and coaching to support growth.
