About the Role:
- Support pre-sales and post-sales from a technical perspective.
- Identify technical requirements and match them to Keeper solutions.
- Provide product trials and assist with implementation and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role.
- Must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory and UNIX/Linux.
