Responsibilities:

  • Own bookings targets through a portfolio of channel partners, driving deal volume by recruiting new partners and maximizing production from existing ones.
  • Build and execute partner recruitment strategy targeting agents, MSPs, IT consultants, and strategic resellers.
  • Develop structured activation plans for new and dormant partners, from onboarding through first deal.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in indirect or channel sales with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Deep experience selling UCaaS, VoIP, or telecom solutions through channel partners.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP, UCaaS, SIP, and ability to support complex partner conversations.
