What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups, managing employee inquiries and lifecycle processes.
• Support the rollout of People programs and maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits.
• Contribute to HRIS data migration by auditing, cleaning, and validating employee data for the new system.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with hands-on HRIS experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and clear communication skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote, global environment and cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Payroll.
