Role Overview:
- Clasp is hiring a Manager, Recruiter Enablement to help recruiting teams adopt Clasp.
- This role works cross-functionally with Partner Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Talent Ecosystem teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build recruiter enablement programs and create training materials.
- Lead live training, webinars, and workshops for recruiter audiences.
- Track engagement and gather feedback for improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5–9+ years in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience creating enablement content like playbooks and templates.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $130k–$150k annually plus equity.
