Project Assistant

Project Execution:

• Execute end-to-end project recruitment tasks, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery of work.
• Have an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies for quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Collaborate with various members of the project team to best utilize available options.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate with other teams to initiate internal recruitment actions including phone recruitment and segmented emails.
• Communicate recruitment updates, status and issues to internal project teams through email and meetings.
• Place outbound calls to client-supplied contact lists while navigating gatekeepers.

Problem Solving and Initiative:

• Proactively seek alternative sample and recruiting strategies to improve response rate and reduce costs.
• Raise quality issues in projects to manager or team lead.
• Be self-initiating in supporting projects through context provided in email and other communications.
