Responsibilities:
- Owns the ServiceNow platform roadmap; backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Serves as technical and operational owner of the ServiceNow platform; including availability and security posture.
- Partners with IT and business leaders to design future-state ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team including offshore or distributed teams.
- Strong ServiceNow best‑practice experience across design and implementation.
