Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, configures, and enhances TSA's ServiceNow platform.
  • Implements and matures Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Drives improvements to IT service delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Must bring a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience.
  • Must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents, able to obtain a TSA fitness determination and PIV card access.
  • Able to support after-hours implementations as required by the TSA operational calendar.
