Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, configures, and enhances TSA's ServiceNow platform.
- Implements and matures Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Drives improvements to IT service delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must bring a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience.
- Must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents, able to obtain a TSA fitness determination and PIV card access.
- Able to support after-hours implementations as required by the TSA operational calendar.
