In This Role:

• You will serve as an HR consulting partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management and employee relations.
• You will manage and document HR cases, coach managers, and interpret HR policies consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and HR programs.
• Coach managers through performance-related concerns and complex workplace matters using sound judgment.
• Diagnose and resolve employee relations issues, escalate when needed, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including HR consulting, Business Partnering, or Employee Relations.
