Responsibilities:
- Source and maintain robust candidate pools for teacher shortage solutions.
- Screen, interview, and assist candidates through onboarding.
- Use applicant tracking systems daily and collaborate with team members.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a growth mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience.
- 2-3 years working in a K-12 educational setting.
- Passion for advocating for student success.
Compensation:
- $33 per hour, Monday through Friday, up to 35 hours per week.
- Remote role supporting clients in multiple timezones.
