Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple hiring streams across business, software, and hardware at once.
• Own 3–4 streams in parallel without losing speed or quality.
• Design search and assessment processes together with hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter in a high-bar hiring environment
• Ability to run several different searches at the same time.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find high-quality, non-obvious candidates.
