Overview:
- Manage accommodation requests under the ADA from intake through resolution.
- Perform undue hardship analyses and identify alternative accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Collaboration:
- Partner with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and Employee/Labor Relations.
- Serve as a liaison to resolve disputes related to leave and accommodations.
- Coordinate with Legal, HR, and Safety to ensure feasible and compliant accommodations.
Monitoring and Training:
- Track and document ADA accommodations using case management technology.
- Provide training to managers and HR partners on ADA compliance and best practices.
- Monitor trends and recommend policy or process updates.
