Community Engagement:
- Design and implement engagement initiatives that strengthen connections across the organization.
- Launch and support community-driven programs such as clubs and wellness initiatives.
- Foster meaningful connections across distributed teams through creative community experiences.
Organisational Rituals:
- Coordinate and manage key engagement rituals such as Thursday Late Discussion (TLD).
- Support the planning and delivery of company-wide engagement experiences and retreats.
- Collaborate with the People function to continuously refine and improve engagement formats.
Communications:
- Manage PX communication channels including Slack announcements and newsletters.
- Coordinate engagement communications to ensure employees stay informed about initiatives.
- Develop storytelling content that highlights employee experiences, achievements, and initiatives.
