Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into targeted lists (greenfield and dormant accounts).
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial/demo signups.
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, focusing on attendance and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Generate a qualified pipeline and bring new trials and demo opportunities.
  • Effectively execute the reactivation campaigns for dormant customers.
  • Clear documentation of customer insights back to the organization.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer growth role (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and written skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
