Responsibilities:
- Prospect into targeted lists (greenfield and dormant accounts).
- Conduct outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial/demo signups.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, focusing on attendance and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Generate a qualified pipeline and bring new trials and demo opportunities.
- Effectively execute the reactivation campaigns for dormant customers.
- Clear documentation of customer insights back to the organization.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer growth role (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and written skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
