Senior Growth & Partnership Manager

The Role:

• Build and own Seer's growth and demand motion from first touch through qualification.
• Develop consultative relationships with senior marketing leaders, holding credible conversations about digital marketing.
• Qualify with discipline, separating real opportunities from polite interest, and collaborate with Business Development.

Role Highlights:

• Focus on pipeline and account development through warm community and net-new high-fit accounts.
• Engage in consultative relationship building and qualification, with a disciplined approach to opportunity management.
• Track measurement and reporting, owning CRM data in HubSpot for clean pipeline tracking.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in demand generation, pipeline generation, or consultative sales with digital marketing exposure.
• Digital marketing fluency in SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI.
• Self-directed, autonomous, and comfortable with ambiguity in a growth role.
