The Impact You Will Have:
- Resolve negative balances and failed transactions with empathy and clarity.
- Map out clear repayment plans tailored to each client's situation.
- Drive system improvements by identifying friction points in risk operations.
Who You Are:
- 6 months to 1 year of direct collections or recoveries experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills; bilingual French is a plus.
- Investigative mindset with comfort in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
