Senior Counsel, Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements with enterprise and financial services customers.
• Partner cross-functionally to structure deals and manage risk.
• Improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance.

Requirements:

• JD with 8+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS commercial contracting.
• Strong project management, communication, and commercial judgment skills.
• Experience with privacy, data protection, and AI regulation.
