Role Overview:
- Be a frontline ambassador for Colla Health, educating and enrolling patients into our services.
- Use excellent verbal communication, empathy, and rapport-building skills over the phone.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls (est. 50/day) and digital outreach to inform patients about Colla Health.
- Manage inbound calls from potential patients and achieve member enrollment goals.
- Document interactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Outcome-driven with high empathy and customer service orientation.
- Proven success in high-volume outbound calling roles, preferably enrollment-related.
- Experienced with remote work, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
