Head of Sales - EU

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Europe.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Develop and deploy systems, frameworks, and supporting software to effectively forecast, maintain accountability, and drive sales results.

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years of progressive industrial and/or project development business-to-business sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role with direct reports.
• Strategic thinker with experience developing sales strategies and leading their successful implementation.
