About the Role:

  • This position supports business development activities alongside Senior Account Representatives.
  • Splits focus between front-end outbound sales and pipeline generation, and managing sales activity tracking.
  • Ensures new opportunities are cultivated while sales infrastructure remains precise and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maintain CRM integrity, create dashboards, and support sales forecasting.
  • Coordinate team alignments, document meeting minutes, and assist marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, or sales operations.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365) and sales tech stack familiarity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $90,000, plus commission eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
  • Remote work location with travel to meetings and events as needed.
