About the Role:
- You will support Clover Health's agent/agency contracting needs.
- You will own the Sales Playbook, internal reporting, and process improvement.
- You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities:
- You will own agent and agency contracting, including onboarding and annual updates.
- You will own readiness and vendor support for sales platforms.
- You will own performance reporting using SQL and BI tools.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in sales operations or similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated ability to own recurring operational processes.
- Strong SQL, spreadsheet, and BI tool skills.
