Essential Duties:
- Own end-to-end performance and escalation management of global IT deployment queue.
- Maximize hardware lifecycle efficiency and inventory data integrity across international hubs.
- Direct and hold accountable regional service providers and distributed deployment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary gatekeeper for global Zendesk request queue.
- Lead daily operational syncs with Global Deployment Consultant team.
- Serve as direct manager for regional service partners.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or regional service partners.
- 3+ years in IT operations, enterprise logistics, or IT asset management.
- Experience managing high-volume ticketing queues and complex escalations.
