WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own GTM strategic planning: territory design, segmentation, targets, and capacity.
- Build single source of truth for planning data across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hex.

- Operate with high ownership, work asynchronously, and document clearly.
- Bridge strategy and execution using SQL to drive decisions.
