About the Role:
- Focus on post-sale device training for people with communication challenges and care partners.
- Tailor training to individual needs and comfort with technology.
- Provide adaptable training programs from single sessions to ongoing check-ins.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Facilitate group training through the Device Users Community.
- Document interactions in CRM and share customer feedback with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA with at least 2 years of AAC training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and adaptive training skills.
