About the Role:
- You'll own technical success for SaaS customers in your territory.
- Ensure feed integrations are healthy and support growth.
What you'll do:
- Lead onboarding and feed integration for new customers.
- Monitor feed health and troubleshoot issues before they impact trading.
- Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities.
What we need:
- Experience in TAM, solutions engineering, or account management.
- Ability to debug integration issues and communicate clearly.
