What You'll Do:

  • Manage a team of 6–7 SDRs, providing hands-on coaching on cold calls and objection handling.
  • Build the operating cadence, including pipeline reviews and call coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate Nooks vs. Clay migration and build the data infrastructure for real-time visibility.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 3+ years leading a high-volume outbound SDR team with accountability for connect rates.
  • Personal experience making cold calls and running outbound sequences within the last 3–5 years.
  • Experience managing 5–10+ SDRs across multiple experience levels.

Coaching & Team Development:

  • Coach reps on discovery structure, objection handling, and call mechanics.
  • Implement clear performance expectations and build the cadence to enforce them.
  • Retain and promote reps, investing in their growth to become strong account executives.
