Senior Financial Modeling Recruiter

Role Overview:

• You will act as a domain expert recruiter, deeply embedded in the financial outsourcing and investment talent ecosystem.
• You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier candidates from leading financial services firms.
• This role requires strong market knowledge and technical understanding of finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline of financial modeling professionals across India.
• Evaluate candidate technical fit, financial modeling expertise, and overall domain experience before client submission.
• Accurately manage candidate data and pipeline stages within ATS systems such as Ashby.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting finance professionals within the Indian market.
• Strong background in hiring for investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and related roles.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling concepts and ability to assess technical profiles independently.
