Physician and APP Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and identify qualified physicians using M3's extensive database and sourcing tools.
• Call 60+ qualified physician candidates per day on behalf of client institutions and screen interested physicians.
• Provide written presentation of qualified/interested candidates to clients and track progress in the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience in sourcing/recruitment/cold call environment.
• Experience in call center, inside sales, or recruiting required.
• Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
