Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements.
Works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers.
Manages and oversees the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and sending New Hire Packets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field required.
2 years of experience in a related field.
Physical demands may include lifting up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods, standing and walking.
