Position Summary:

  • Integral leader within the Motor Vehicle Accident Department responsible for daily oversight and leadership of teams/clients they are assigned.
  • Provide leadership, supervision and coaching to people leaders as well as manage a team.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are fair and consistent across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Revenue Services People Leader to ensure the processes and inventory are in place to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue expectations for the company.
  • Support the account managers in building and expanding relationships with clients.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of insurance billing and reimbursement procedures and regulations related to insurance billing and collections.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in management or supervisory experience with team size of 10+.
  • 4+ years’ experience in healthcare setting, information technology company or managed care industry, preferably in the area of Finance/Collections, Business Operations or Revenue Recovery.
  • Extensive level of understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing and subsequent data requirements.
