Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sale support for UA's audio interfaces, guitar products, and software.
- Troubleshoot installation, system configuration, and DAW setup on Windows and Mac.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and online requests and resolve or escalate issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience with UAD-2/Apollo hardware and UA Console/LUNA software.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit for extended periods.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay between $20.10 and $23.27 USD.
